This biennial gathering is a unique opportunity for coordinators and other campus partners to witness the transformative impact of the Archer Fellowship firsthand. Join us in Washington, D.C., as we gather with colleagues from across institutions of The University of Texas System and learn from each other's best practices for recruiting, supporting, and educating the leaders of tomorrow.
We strongly encourage each UT System institution to send one or more representatives. The conference kicks off at 6:30 p.m. on Sunday, October 6, and wraps up in the late afternoon on Tuesday, October 8.
Registration for the conference is free, and all conference-related meals will be provided to attendees.

Airport Recommendation
For ease of travel, the Archer Center recommends flying into Ronald Reagan Washington (DCA) Airport. DCA is situated just outside Washington, D.C., in Arlington, VA, and is the closest airport to downtown. You may also consider flying into Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD) or Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport (BWI), but please keep in mind that Uber rides or airport shuttles from these airports to downtown Washington, D.C., can be costly. |

Hotel Information
We have secured a limited number of hotel rooms at Hotel Washington (515 15th St NW) at the GSA per diem rate. We encourage you to make your reservation soon to secure this rate. Please use this link when booking your hotel room at the Hotel Washington. This offer and the link will expire on September 18, 2024, though room availability may end before that time. Guests of Hotel Washington may store their luggage at the hotel after check-out time on Tuesday morning.
