Day of Service Learning Project
Each year, the Archer Fellows Alumni Association hosts a Day of Service to honor Congressman Archer on his birthday. As part of our 20th anniversary celebrations, the Archer Center began a new practice of incorporating a Day of Service for each cohort as part of Dr. Chin's Policymaking Process course. Archer Fellows are asked to design and implement a service project to address a need in the metropolitan Washington, D.C. area.

Honoring Service MembersDuring our 20th anniversary, our Summer 2021 Graduate Archer Fellows and Fall 2021 Archer Fellows participated in wreath laying ceremonies at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier at Arlington National Cemetery. The Archer Center is proud to take part in this time-honored tradition that pays tribute to the sacrifices of America’s service members. We look forward to continuing this tradition for years to come.

New Student Success Fund
In partnership with the Archer Center Trust and the Archer Fellow Alumni Association, the Archer Center created the 20th Anniversary Student Success Fund. This fund provides support for expenses related to a student’s participation in the Archer Fellowship Program. Thanks to all of our Archer Center donors, this fund will have a meaningful impact on next 20 years of Archer Fellows and beyond!
